    Problem

    Finance leads were exporting numbers into spreadsheets every week just to see where the business stood.

    Concept

    A single live dashboard replacing the weekly export-and-assemble ritual.

    Design

    Dense but legible data views, monochrome charts and a layout built around the three questions leadership actually asked weekly.

    Development

    Next.js front end over an existing data warehouse, with scheduled aggregation jobs feeding the dashboard views.

    Result

    The weekly reporting ritual was eliminated; leadership now checks the dashboard directly.
